The challenge is to:

• Oversee the consolidation and reporting of DFI’s ESG metrics.
• Drive the implementation of ESG goals and KPIs across different functions.
• Improve and automate the process of ESG data collection and compilation to improve efficiency and data quality.
• Assist in preparing presentations and materials such as ESG progress and the emerging ESG trends to the leadership team.
• Support the development of ESG and TCFD reports, and ensure ESG Report is produced “in accordance with GRI, SASB”.
• Engage with agency (Sustainalytics, MSCI, S&P) for fostering continuous improvement to enhance ESG rating including CDP submission and coordination.
• Lead the coordination of ESG audit with auditors.
• Perform ad-hoc tasks to support the decision-making of business units.

Do you have experience in financial analysis in ESG?

• Bachelor's Degree in Finance and Statistics or related disciplines, preferably knowledge in enterprise data analytics and data mining.
• Minimum 3 years of financial analysis experience with a proactive learning attitude and familiarization with key global ESG trends, principles, and standards.
• Proficiency in MS Excel and financial modelling, ability to build finance models from a large volume of raw data with Excel, Macro and VBA; Knowledge in Business Intelligence, and Tableau is a plus
• Good command in written and spoken English.
• Strong analytical and communication skills.
• Attention to details, independency and ability to produce timely, accurate and high-quality work.
• Immediate availability is highly preferred.
