Assistant Finance Manager (Food)

The challenge is to:

• Involve in monthly management reporting process and identify trends, issues and opportunities to bring to the attention of the leadership team
• Provide commentary, analysis and insight to understand business performance by analyzing financial data and commercial information
• Support and partner with various business functions and Group Finance in aligning budget, forecast and regular KPI reporting
• Manage e-commerce reporting and assist in the development of online business
• Understand and reflect latest trend in financial models for budget and forecast of online business P&L
• Provide guidance to various business functions to complete bi-annual risk management reporting and comply with requirement of the Group
• Prepare and review feasibility studies and presentation materials for new store opening, store refurbishment from business units and recommend viable proposals to the leadership team
• Handle ad hoc queries from the leadership team, take charge of ad hoc requests from other business functions and ensure timely governing of these
• Liaise with external auditors to ensure smooth audit process
• Assist in developing a high performing team to drive efficiency, productivity and business performance

Do you have experience in Accounting?

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance, or related discipline, CPA or equivalent qualification
• Over 5 years of relevant experience in auditing, management accounting, business performance analysis or financial modelling
• Highly motivated and able to apply judgment to deliver quality and timely output
• Good interpersonal skill with a customer-oriented mindset and able to work independently
• Able to work under pressure, strong learning ability and a team player
• Good analytical and problem-solving skills
• Good MS Excel and PowerPoint skills such as pivot tables and charts
• Good command of both written and spoken English and Chinese
